You can find the serial number on the rear or back of your decoder. This serial number is very important for the resolution of the service process, don't forget it!

1. Download the software file for your receiver model.
2. Right-click the .zipper folder and select Extract All
3. Insert the USB flash drive into your computer
4. Move or copy the extracted file to the folder on the USB stick
5. Take out the USB flash drive and insert it into the receiver
WARNING.
Do not just insert the USB stick into the decoder to update it: refer to the User's Manual to update the software via USB.

Make sure what type of system is in consistence in your apartment (universal, SCR, dCss, dual feed...), set the decoder in the appropriate way, and repeat the channel scan.

Check the quality of the cable and connections of the antenna that is connected to the receiver all the way to the amplifier; a trained technician is recommended.

Specify either over the phone or via form or email the model of the product and its serial number where present.
